Launch of World Kindness France & the 8th International Council Meeting 26th June 2015

Dear Colleagues,

It gives us immense pleasure to announce that the launch of World Kindness France took place in beautiful Avignon, France on the  26th to the 30th of June 2015. This  coincided with the 8th International Council and with the festival of Avignon where a major youth rally was  held to address the issue of youth self esteem, depression and a growing sense of hopelessness. Youth engagement is sought to create international solidarity for all youth share in the belief that they can create a kinder and less fearful world in our lifetime.

Special guest Mr David Larouche made a presentation to the people of Avignon but more importantly the youth.

The International Council Meeting. (Board Meeting) comprises Australia, China, France, India, Nigeria, Switzerland and Thailand. Following this event  we  provided a response to the Thai Prime Minister’s Cabinet regarding the vote to agreeing in principal to host the 1st World Leaders Global Kindness Summit.

This particular meeting is crucial as it will address the specific areas of responsibility the Thai government has asked in order for their Prime Minister to Host the 1st World Leaders Global Kindness Summit in Bangkok in 2016. (Climate Summit /G20)
